Hiresh is an Advocate on Record with the Supreme Court of India, specializing in contract law, commercial arbitration, and cross-border disputes. He has extensive experience in handling domestic and international arbitration proceedings related to infrastructure contracts. Beyond litigation, Hiresh advises corporations, firms and cooperative societies on internal governance, commercial and employment contracts, privacy policies, and intellectual property matters.
Hiresh is also a trained negotiator, having completed a 40-hour Negotiation Workshop conducted by Prof. Avery Katz.
Surbhi has a strong background in corporate, criminal, and commercial law. Her experience includes working with the General Corporate team at Trilegal, Bangalore, advising multinational clients on corporate governance, real estate, and labour law issues. In New Delhi, she has built a notable practice in commercial and criminal litigation, with a focus on white-collar crimes.
Surbhi frequently advises and represents companies on cases involving employee misconduct, vendor disputes, commercial contracts, consumer disputes, and workplace sexual harassment matters.
Our arbitration and litigation practice focuses on representing and guiding clients through legal proceedings across various forums in an efficient manner. Our dynamic team is well equipped to carry out an in-depth analysis of underlying facts and issues in order to devise and implement effective strategies in a time-sensitive manner.
