Hiresh Choudhary

Hiresh is registered as an Advocate on Record with the Supreme Court of India. His core practice areas are contract law, commercial arbitration and cross-border disputes. Hiresh regularly handles domestic and international arbitration proceedings arising out of infrastructure contracts. He also advises corporations and co-operative societies on internal governance, commercial and employment contracts, privacy policies and intellectual property issues. Hiresh is a trained negotiator, having attended a 40-hour Negotiation Workshop conducted by Prof. Avery Katz.

Surbhi Sharma

Surbhi has a background in corporate law, criminal law and commercial law. Having worked with the General Corporate team at Trilegal, Bangalore, she has advised multinational clients on issues relating to corporate governance, real estate and labour laws. Since moving to New Delhi, Surbhi has worked extensively in the field of commercial and criminal litigation with a focus on white collar crimes. She regularly advises and represents companies on matters involving employee misconduct, vendor disputes, commercial contracts, consumer disputes and sexual harassment at workplace.
